Prior to the BPO industry, Rangaraj has worked in the Manufacturing sector with reputed organizations such as Akzo Nobel Coatings and Asian Paints. Ranga is a Post Graduate in Production Management and MSc - Chemistry from Chennai University. He is a Certifi ed Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ISO Lead Auditor and PMP certified.

Champions are the key to success in every Six Sigma deployment. For small and large organizations alike, the ability to identify the right projects, select and mentor the right people, and drive Six Sigma to produce breakthrough results is the responsibility of the Champion. This masterclass is highly interactive with a hands-on project selection training conducted in workshop and breakout format. This course is a core element of ASI’s small business program and is highly recommended before training Black Belts. It is also an excellent refresher for anyone that has been away from Six Sigma or is just looking to refresh their perspective and learn about the latest developments.

He brings experience in Gas Turbine Power Plant Assembly line, Inspection procedures, Overhauling / Maintenance Work scope preparation including Mini, Performance and Full Overhaul. He conducts training in Gas Turbines Power Plants, Six Sigma, Process improvement studies, Reliability Engineering including RCM, FMCA, FMEA. He is expert in use of Six Sigma Quality Management Methodology in Performance / Process Improvement of Gas Turbines Power Plant and its systems. He is has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology Lahore Pakistan with Major in Thermal Power Systems Engineering and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from USA.

Sadia has over 5 years of diverse experience, with Pakistan International Airlines Engineering Pakistan in the Area of Reliability Engineering of Aircraft Electrical Systems including Chemical process plant equipment. She conducts training in Reliability Engineering, Six Sigma, Process improvement studies including RCM, FMCA, FMEA. Use of Six Sigma Quality Management Methodology in Performance / Process Improvement of Manufacturing and Process Plants. She holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi Pakistan with Major in Electrical Power Systems Engineering and is Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifi ed in the USA.
