This boot camp for Lean strategy covers issues for employees from diff erent business disciplines / functions in the same training
group. People from HR, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Safety can all take the same “intensive boot camp
class” which promotes interaction, learning and concept application throughout the entire organization. Work functionality and
work elements diff er between functions, as the application is based upon “waste, “process” and “fl ow” that occurs within each value
stream.
The material and course content cuts to the “nitty-gritty” and delivers measurable results in the shortest time frame.
